Before you start, you will need -

  • Unsealed Anodised Aluminium sheet

  • Aluminium Dye

  • Alcohol Markers

  • Rubber Stamps

  • Alcohol Inks

 Some things that you will have around the house

  • Deionised Water – Supermarket, Halfords or Amazon

  • Surgical Spirit

  • Plastic tubs for the dye and an extra one to rinse your pieces in

  • Homemade stamps

  • An old pan or steamer – to seal your aluminium

  • Latex/Nitrile gloves or marigolds!

  • Scrap paper

  • Old towels

  • Newspaper

  • Table cloth, preferably waterproof

  • Plastic tweezers

  • Paintbrushes

  • Apron

  • Household finishing wax
